If you need sample of our existed product, mostly the sample is free, but customer will afford the express fee. If you need sample of your design, usually it needs to pay a mould fee to make a sample, we will return the mould fee when your orders are more than a quantity.

Time will be different for different sample and order situation. Usually it takes about 1-2 weeks to finish the sample.

Second, we have several quality inspection before shipping. Third, customer or a third party entrusted by customer can come to inspect before shipping.
